By using the booking service directly from MyTravelGr services or other distribution channels i.e., affiliated websites, and accepting the disclaimer you agree to be bound to the following terms & conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MyTravelGr Services makes available for the internet users, direct clients and agents, data and services offered by collaborating parties. Through this reservation system the end user can book and pay his/her transfer to the available destinations.
All these services & products are bound by the current terms and conditions. Additionally, each service that becomes available because of using the current web application is also bound by the terms and conditions of the local collaborating party supplying the service (taxi firm, individual drivers, transfer, and travel companies). The terms of each local service supplier are at the client’s disposal if requested.
MyTravelGr Services will not be held accountable for any issues arising from a service provided by a collaborating party other than the ones booked through the reservation system. In case of any disagreement or if any of these terms fail to fully satisfy you in any way, your authorization to use this web site or any related service, automatically ends.

BOOKING PROCESS
For transfer services please select your pickup location and after you can choose your destination either from the drop down list or wright it, choose the desired date and time also you have the availability too add a way point and of course your return details Please note what if you book both ways you will have a discount of 5%
For hourly rate services please select starting point and your final destination and then choose required duration
For private tour services please select your starting location and then enter the desired area you want to visit and in the duration field please select the hours that you want to spend at the area you want to visit
At the next step you can choose the desired type of vehicle for your reservation, add all the details required regarding your travel
When you finish with your reservation process you will receive an email but your reservation is still pending we will review your reservation and in the next 24 hours you will receive our confirmation when this happens you will be able to pay for the reservation

Confirmation Email
It is the clients’ responsibility to notify us in the event of not receiving the confirmation e-mail or in the case that any of the booking details have been entered inaccurately. All the details you have entered/or request to be entered in the booking process will be displayed, in detail, in the confirmation e-mail as well as at the last page after the payment. Please print and keep this information for your records.
Furthermore, any cancellations will be subject to the cancellation fees below. Please note at the last step of the booking process all booking details will be fully displayed for review before the process is completed and the transfer will be confirmed. Please take this opportunity to correct any errors.
Payment receipt
Upon transaction completion your credit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically. Your transaction will show on your statement as MyTravelGr. An instant payment receipt will be sent to your email address (as entered in the booking process), which confirms that the transaction has been completed.
• Upon completion of the reservation when you choose to pay to the driver you will receive an email with the details of the reservation but it will have to be reviewed by us and you will receive a confirmation email in the next 24 hours

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you will not be charged if you cancel your reservation in more than 24hours before the scheduled time
There will be no refund for cancellations 24 hours prior to your reservation or non-shows at the time of your scheduled reservation.

BAGGAGE
The luggage of passengers carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility cannot be accepted for loss or damage by MyTravelGr. Each passenger is entitled to carry a suitcase where the sum (p + y + b) will not exceed the number 158 and cabin, except that during the booking process have set additional baggage.
In case you need additional vehicle (i.e., excessive, or oversized luggage, extra passengers, etc.) will apply additional similar charges for additional or different vehicle.
Your baggage may not contain any item prohibited by local law as weapons or other items that may harm others.
If you are traveling with animals, Please note that you must have state it during the booking process end also you must always have the proper papers

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL POINTS
We monitor all transport arrivals for any possible delays therefore we will wait for you for 60 minutes after your flight has landed. In the unlikely event that the driver and client cannot meet in the specified area, we will try to locate the client via a phone call.
However, it is the clients’ responsibility to provide a correct and valid mobile telephone number (incl. International code) at the time of the booking. Failing to do so means that the client assumes responsibility for calling MyTravelGr Services and informing us of any delays or problems locating the driver. It is also the client’s responsibility to try to contact our emergency number
There will be no refund.
If the client does not supply a valid telephone number and fails to contact our 24hr emergency telephone number (printed on the confirmation email and voucher), resulting in a missed transfer.
Failing to provide correct travel details (flight numbers, time, etc.) might result in missing the transfer, as we will not have correct details to monitor your arrival.
Please note that in each destination, drivers reserve the right to refuse boarding passenger vehicles under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
In the event that an extra vehicle is needed (i.e., excessive, or oversized luggage, additional passengers, etc.) additional charges for the extra/different vehicle will apply.
Unusual requests, not included in the booking engine, are always welcome and our team will endeavor to meet them. There cannot be any guarantee that these requests can be met.
When there are restrictions on access, such as infrastructure projects, traffic conditions, etc. the vehicle will be stopped to collect passengers from the nearest point, which is accessible at point of receipt or disembarkation. Still, if briefer and convenient road is closed due to an accident, weather conditions etc., and the vehicle after customer’s demand followed a different, longer route to its destination, it is likely to incur additional costs.
Passengers are advised to plan to arrive at airport at least 3 hours prior to departure we will not take any responsibility for any passengers missing flight if 3hours checking time is not allowed.
Passengers are free to arrange the pickup time for departures to get to the airport and we will not take any responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
The paid amount covers all possible charges including 60 minutes waiting time after flight landing.

COMPENSATION
MyTravelGr Services cannot be held responsible for any claims exceeding the amount paid by the individual. In the unlikely event that the service is not delivered, the client might only be entitled to compensation up to the amount that has already been paid. No other claims can in any case be raised.
Please note, in all destinations, drivers reserve the right to deny embarkation to the vehicles in the event of inebriated or misbehaved clients. There cannot be any refund for these cases and in the event of damages there may be prosecution and damage claims.

INSURED VEHICLES
Regarding all insurance matters in respect to the distributed services it is clearly stated and accepted that since MyTravelGr Services collaborates only with vehicles for which insurance coverage is obligated by law, the responsibility fully lies on the vehicle ownership.

DATA PROTECTION
MyTravelGr Services ensures confidential handling of all customer data received. Your online payments are secured with ssl certificates verified by PAYPAL or STRIPE
All of our travel services, design, code, graphics, etc. of the current web page is protected by copyright and by intellectual property laws. Any use without prior written authorization is in breach of the related law. Unless clearly stated in writing, My Travel Gr Services and its’ associates do not permit anyone to use any property in relation to patents, trademarks, or commercial information displayed.
MyTravelGr Services retains all rights to adjust and change the terms and conditions at any time. The usage of this service will always conform to the most recent terms and conditions displayed online.
In the event of a dispute concerning a service or any of these terms, Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
